In collaboration with Polina Chizhova.
 
oo is an installation exploring the circularity of time and biological/synthetic immortality. It is composed of a textile diptych (living lichen on printed polyester, each 150x200 cm) and two monitors playing animated growth simulations. The installation is accompanied by a an artist book titled o with contributions by Dane Sutherland and Matjaz Vidmar.

Driven by a desire to investigate the concept of time, its military origins and digital future, as well as the tension between linearity and circularity, the publication aims to reveal the complexities and dangers connected to the ordinariness of time.
